I am Not an Asshole, I'm Just Trying Too Hard to be One.

I could give a rat's ass about people's opinions of me, my blog and my show. What is that common phrase? ' You must be doing something right'. Unfortunately doing what is right lands you directly into the fire as to are trying to burn, peacefully, in the frying pan. The rancor and wring of hands is beyond comprehension. If I could just elude one moment of a closed door meeting I was asked to attend, I would still be fired. In fact, writing this post may still get me fired. Why is it so difficult for the affected to become emboldened and just revert back to a position of fear and worry? Why do the self proclaimed 'affected' just prefer to remain helpless, while the rest of us just get stronger, laugh off remarks and insults and constantly prove that backbone and resolve are the cornerstones of what built this nation? Why must people insist upon clandestine protests instead of facing something head on like I do?
I have been asked if I would make a public apology and I said no.
What I will apologize for is this: I am sorry if those who were offended by anything i have said on my show are to weak an individual to have some pride in themselves to be able to laugh at themselves. As a Conservative I have to endure slings and arrows all the time. My shield is my self confidence and I deflect everything that comes at me. You don't hear me complaining that some one said something that "offended" me. I am always amazed that others do not have the same confidence as they, demand to be heard, represented, protected and given 'special' status within our laws. Hell they even are allowed special 'nonprofit' status because they claim to represent certain groups and ethnicity's. Why am I singled out because I claim to represent my particular group?
It is because (as I wrote earlier in my blog) ; The Hypocrisy of Liberalism. Protected Status must be granted within a narrow confine of some dictum from certain 'constituencies'. Laws are enacted, bylaws are enacted to create a perception of a level playing field. These translate further to the various non profits and representative groups that must adhere to policies under those written laws. Here is where the rub comes to, well, rub. What if? What if some one wanted to use those same rules and bylaws to represent and opposition opinion (more specifically, a Conservative one)? If you look closely, they do not apply to such representative groups. In point of fact the rules under which these groups operate are inherently illegal because they tailor to only one, specific, group. Liberal groups.
Conservative groups must always garner support from the private sector. Many Conservative groups have a political and religious slant to them anyway and are not allowed to apply for grants, status and tax breaks as "nuetral', or, 'non profit'. They should. They should because if one group is allowed anything to promote their cause it is only fair politics to allow an opposing group equal status. In fact, it is the reponsibility of Government to peotect, promote and allow the religious candor and language of such a group as per the Constitution.

The crazy thing about all I have said in the last paragraphs..I completely disagree with. It is not the responsibility of the Government to provide grants, FCC air time (hell the FCC is Un Constitutional) or any other 'protected status' under the laws of the United States. Some one is persecuting you? Fight back!! Some one is deny ing you your rights? Fight back!! Violently if need be. The whole fact that I have been placed under a microscope for everything I say on my show exposes the entire multi-tier of Government control, lobbyist influence and a bias towards the Left in every facet of our lives. It is trans-generational. It is pan-demic, en-demic; shit it is in our DNA now to expect our laws to decide for us instead of us deciding for us and us alone.

Why do you think Government wants the Internet on a leash. It is the one thing they cannot control. Millions of bloggers and sites (even the crazy ones) are the heralds of a new age of Liberty in America. Good God, could you imagine if Jefferson or Lincoln had this power? The Left gets to pontificate and the Right gets to pontificate un abated! If no one listens? Then no one listens. However, if one person listens and decides to learn more. Then the world has truly changed for us all.

If I may 'reprise' a past posting. Freedom is bigger than you think. However, one group claims freedom and tolerance and dislaims opposition as offensive and supressive. They even have laws written in defence of such a ludacris idea. Neither group has a monopoly on freedom and the Constitution. It is obvious, though, one group has attained that ability by labelling any oppostion, any voice, any, other, opinion, even comedy as objectionable.
